    Working with key partners, including NHS People Profession leaders, our community has developed draft recommendations and potential next steps under 8 headings. Have a look below to see how we have arrived at the early recommendations we want you to comment on.

    Our second Big Conversation - launching on 24th May - will be open to everyone to help us check and challenge the draft recommendations.

    To further help HR & OD professionals across the NHS to set sights on 2030 to create a vision for the future of the function we're also asking them to take part in a survey designed by the CIPD. Please use the access code: !NHS#2O21!

    The survey has three sections – People, Business and Future. Please complete all sections based on your knowledge and experience of the whole HR & OD function, NOT specific individuals that you may work with, as we are looking to understand the impact of the team rather than individuals.

    The survey should take ~15 minutes to complete, and deadline for all responses is 22nd February 2021.
